Hello lovely likers!
The admin team over at For the Love of Pretty Paper have started a new weekly challenge on the facebook group. It is called the “ABC challenge” as every week we will choose a random letter of the alphabet and pick a technique or stash item starting with that letter, and we have to make a layout with it.
So today is the first day of this challenge and the random letter that we have chosen is B, and the stash item is Buttons! I happen to have lots, so it was easy for me to incorporate them on my layout.
My layout is a scraplift from this one that I had pinned on Pinterest, and I also made a point of using old collections for my papers. I used some scraps that I still had left from two Lime Twist / My mind’s eye collections (Fly a kite & out of the blue). I am a tiny bit sad to have now finished using those collections, as they are old and no longer in stock anywhere, and I loved them! So bright and gorgeous!
And without further ado, here’s my layout:

I hope you have liked this layout and that you will join us in this weekly challenge over at For the Love of Pretty Paper!

I am on the UK Scrap Addicts blog and YouTube channel today with a layout inspired by one of our gorgeous moodboards this month.

Hello lovely likers!
I am on the Silhouette UK blog today with a step by step tutorial on how I made a very quick batch of thank you cards using the Replicate tool on Silhouette Studio. Please pop over the blog to read on!
These are the cards I created:
The red cardstock is Bazzill Cajun, which I had leftover from a couple of years ago when I made the wedding invitations of a friend of mine. The blue pattern paper is from Stampin Up. And I also used the Silhouette black sketch pen!
I hope this tutorial was useful and read you soon!
Here’s another layout that I made last week for the Lottie Loves Paper mini challenge, based on a sketch by Shimelle. The sketch is perfect for lots of journalling so I thought it was time that I told the story of my love-hate relationship with my daughters love for the colour pink 🙂
Here’s my layout and the sketch it is based on:
I have used mostly Echo Park Paper “Creative Agenda” collection. The thickers are from the Take me Away collection by Pink Paislee.
And a couple more close ups:
Thanks so much for popping by and read you soon!
I hope you’re having a good bank holiday weekend so far! Yesterday I got some scrappy time in the afternoon and decided to make a video, since my youtube channel was starting to grow cobwebs!
I went for a scraplift from Pinterest, as I find that this is the best way to get me started when I am not particularly inspired but I want to get something done! The layout I scraplifted can be found here.
I used the You Rock collection by Cocoa Vanilla Studio again, as I am completely in love!
This is my video:

Thanks for popping along and watching my video!
