I am on the Silhouette UK blog today with a tutorial on how to use the sketch pens in the new Version 4 of the software. I only updraded to version 4 the day before yesterday, so it was interesting finding my way around in the new interface! Some features are more straightforward now, but others are harder to find! And yes, you guessed it right, sketching in different colours was one of those harder-to-find features!
Anyway, please join me on the blog for the step by step tutorial, and I hope it’s useful for you!

I am on the UK Scrap Addicts blog and YouTube channel today with a layout inspired by one of our gorgeous moodboards this month.
This is my layout:
And here is my video:
And another close up so you can see the texture in the cardstock:
Thanks for looking!
Hello lovely likers!
I am on the Silhouette UK blog today with a step by step tutorial on how I made a very quick batch of thank you cards using the Replicate tool on Silhouette Studio. Please pop over the blog to read on!
These are the cards I created:
The red cardstock is Bazzill Cajun, which I had leftover from a couple of years ago when I made the wedding invitations of a friend of mine. The blue pattern paper is from Stampin Up. And I also used the Silhouette black sketch pen!
I hope this tutorial was useful and read you soon!
Today I am over on the Silhouette UK blog with a step by step tutorial on how to create a background made with circles for either scrapbooking or cardmaking. Please pop over to the blog to check it out!
This is the layout that I have created. I have used Pink Paislee’s Oh My Heart papers for my circles and the embellishments are mainly from Maggie Holmes Chasing Dreams and a couple of bits from Pink Paislee’s Take Me Away (and some other bits and pieces from my stash)
I hope you have liked this layout and thanks for popping by!
I have owned my Silhouette machine for almost three years (gasp!) and I have always used it for cutting cardstock. Actually, just recently I have also used it with the sketch pens, but 99% of its use has been cutting paper and cardstock.
The thing is that I have been meaning to try vinyl for quite a long time but I have always been scared! No idea why!! As it happens, it was much easier than expected!
