Hello lovely people!
I am back today with a layout that I started last Saturday at the Scrap Cafe retreat (yes, I know I haven’t shown any of my layouts here yet from that day! It’ll come soon…) It is a mixed media layout, and I didn’t have my stencils or stamps with me, so I decided to take it home to finish off here.
And here it is!
I have been saying lately how I am preferring “cleaner” and more simple layouts these days, however from time to time I still like to get messy with mixed media! There are ink sprays, texture paste, watercolour splatters, sequins, buttons, washi, thread, enamel, stamps…. so much!
And a couple more closeups:
I didn’t think a big title with thicker alphas would work, so I decided to go with the Tim Holtz tiny stickers, and I think they work perfectly!
Thanks for looking today, and see you very soon!
Hello lovely Scrappy peeps!
Please join me on YouTube with my latest layout lookback video! Unfortunately it’s not a very long one, but I still wanted to show you my creations of the month 🙂

Hello lovely likers!
I was at an all-day crop last weekend and I was quite productive, with 5 layouts! Yay!
Out of the 5, this one is without a doubt, my most favourite.
I sprayed my background with Heidi Shine in white, and the cardstock warped a bit, but I am sure you won’t be able to notice it once the layout is in the page protector in an album.
The ephemera is from Pebbles, from the amazing Midnight Hunting collection that I received a couple of months ago. I finally have autumnal photos to scrap and this was my first one 🙂
The title “Adventure” is a single piece of wood veneer by Heidi Swapp.
Thanks for joining me today and read you very soon!
First of all, apologies for the silence in the last few days. Unfortunately, I have NOT been crafting!!! (*crying*)
However, I got home a bit earlier than normal today, and rather than catching up with the house chores, I decided to scrap! Yay!!
Here is my page:
My starting point (other than the photo) was the gingham paper. The rest kind of fell into place! I love that it is super simple, and for once I have used more than 3 or 4 large embellishments in one layout! I am almost out of the Cool Kid embellishments now!
Here are a couple of close ups:
I’m off to an all day crop in a week’s time, so hopefully I’ll get a few more layouts before the end of the month!
